102-Unit, 5-Story Complex at 5620 Fairview
Meeting: Wed., July 8, 6 pm, Library! at Cole & Ustick
The developers will be available to answer questions and receive feedback from neighbors on the proposed development of a 102-unit complex in the lot occupied by the defunct Travelers Motel. They are proposing 40 parking spaces for the 102 units. The City of Boise allows a 50% reduction in the standard amount of parking spaces if at least 20% of the units are ‘affordable.’ The developer is also seeking a variance to allow the entrances to be on Beach St.
