Block Parties: June 10, 2023
Winstead Park Neighborhood Association is encouraging residents to host a block party for their neighbors on Saturday, June 10, during the suggested hours of 6-9 p.m. WPNA will be providing ice cream to these events and will help promote them. In the past, neighbors have set up yard games, music, barbecues, chairs, and more for their block party. Need some ideas? Reach out to us!

3rd Annual WPNA Neighborhood Yard Sales: Saturday, July 8, 2023
Host a yard sale at your home and we’ll provide the promotion! Last year, we had about 20 homes in the neighborhood with simultaneous sales. The WPNA board members put up extra signage the night before and handed out additional signs and area maps to hosts. We have heard from neighbors that being on the map really helps drive traffic to the individual sales. Ready to host your yard sales? Get your house on the map by filling out this form!
We recommend starting at 8 a.m. as that is generally when the ‘early birds’ will come out, whether you’re set up or not! Yet, please feel free to start and end your sale at whatever time you like.
